These are some printables that you can use with your child/family to support self-compassion, growth mindset, social-emotional development, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. Check back to the site often as more will be added.
"Things I love" printable. This printable is meant to allow you and your child to tap into what you love and what "fills your cup."
"Mindful Moments" printable. This printable is meant to allow you and your child to tap into one or more mindful moments from your day and explore various aspects of that moment/those moments.
"What's Your Mood" printable. This printable is meant to allow you and/or your child to tap into how you are feeling and what that looks like. You could even do a drawing where you each draw how you think the other person is feeling and see how your drawing of your own mood differs from your child's drawing of your mood and vice versa. This is a good exercise in perspective and how it varies person to person.
"My Self-Compassion Checklist" printable. This printable is meant as a guide for your child as they learn the skill of self-compassion. This is great to have hanging somewhere that they can see it daily. I recommend adults/parents engage in/model self-compassion as this is how our children truly learn how to apply it to themselves.
"The Power of 'YET'" printable. This printable is meant as a guide for helping your child create a growth mindset surrounding things they cannot yet do, but want to learn.
"My Feelings Journal" printable. This printable is meant as a guide for helping your child understand emotions and how to navigate through them. We want our children to know that feelings are not bad. We want to empower them with tools so that they can learn to identify and navigate through emotions on their own. This supports the development of emotional intelligence which is foundational for all humankind!
